The editorial team are delighted to announce that the second issue in the new series of MSOR Connections (volume 14 issue 2) is now published. This can be viewed online at http://journals.gre.ac.uk.

We are also pleased to let you know that the sigma network http://www.sigma-network.ac.uk/ has again agreed to produce hard copies of this which will be made available in due course. A further announcement regarding the availability of these hard copies will be made I the very near future.
