Compass: Journal of Learning and Teaching in Higher Education

About the Journal

Compass is a peer-reviewed cross-disciplinary research journal that welcomes case studies, opinion pieces and reviews of technology or books relating to learning, teaching and the student experience in higher education.

We are currently reviewing papers for the Winter 25 standard edition of Compass, due to be published  in  February.  The submission link is currently closed and will re-open in the spring for submissions to be considered for the Summer 26 standard edition. 

We are also currently reviewing case studies for the Special Edition on Transforming Higher Education: Co-creation with students, staff and external partners. The deadline for receiving papers has now passed and we are not able to accept further submissions.
